Elementary Meals Community Eligibility Provision Notice 2022-2023
Dear Parent/Guardian:
Children need healthy meals to learn. All Mayer Unified School District Students will be offered a healthy meal to all students at no cost every school day in SY 2024-25. Your child(ren) will receive FREE Breakfast and Lunch meals every school day without having to pay a fee or submit a household application.
Your child(ren)'s school Mayer Unified School District is approved to operate Community Eligibility Provision. You do need to fill out a Alternative Form for Income-Based Eligibility form.
If your child(ren) would like to purchase Milk ONLY please put money on your Child(ren) account online. You can go to https://www.mayerschools.org online payments.

The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
